Official Contest Rules

To be eligible to enter the Exotic Car Rental Giveaway ("Contest"), you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of entry
• Have a valid driver's license
• Be a legal resident of the state where Enthusiast Exotics operates
• Not be an employee, officer, director, or agent of Enthusiast Exotics or any affiliated companies
• Not be an immediate family member or household member of any such employee
• Meet all requirements for renting a vehicle from Enthusiast Exotics

Note: Void where prohibited by law. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

To enter the Contest:

1. Visit the contest page at /contest
2. Complete the official entry form with your:
• First and last name
• Valid email address
• Phone number (optional)
3. Agree to these Official Rules and the Privacy Policy
4. Submit the completed entry form

Entry Limit: One entry per person per contest period. Multiple entries from the same email address in the same contest period will be disqualified.

Each contest runs as follows:

• Entry Period: The first day of each calendar month through the last day of that same calendar month
• Winner Selection: Within 24 hours after the end of the entry period
• Winner Notification: Within 48 hours of winner selection

All times are based on Eastern Standard Time (EST). Entries received outside the entry period will not be eligible for the contest.

Grand Prize: One (1) winner per month will receive:

• One (1) free daily rental of the featured vehicle
• Maximum value: $200 (based on the featured vehicle's daily rental rate)
• Includes basic insurance coverage as provided by Enthusiast Exotics
• Valid for 30 days from the date of winner notification

Prize Conditions:

• Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
• Winner must meet all standard rental requirements
• Winner is responsible for any additional fees, taxes, or costs
• Vehicle availability is subject to Enthusiast Exoticss standard terms and conditions
• No substitution or transfer of prize permitted

Winners will be selected as follows:

• One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the entry period
• Random selection will be conducted using a computer-generated randomization algorithm
• Selection will occur within 24 hours after the entry period ends
• The random selection process will be supervised by Enthusiast Exotics management
• Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received

Winner notification process:

• Winner will be notified via email within 48 hours of selection
• Winner must respond within 7 days to claim the prize
• Winner must provide proof of eligibility and valid driver's license
• If winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected
• Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release

By entering this Contest, participants agree to:

• Abide by these Official Rules and decisions of Enthusiast Exotics
• Release Enthusiast Exotics from any liability related to the Contest
• Allow Enthusiast Exotics to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes
• Accept the prize as awarded without substitution
• Consent to the collection and use of their personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy

Enthusiast Exotics reserves the right to:

• Cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if necessary
• Disqualify any entrant who violates these rules or tampers with the entry process
• Interpret these rules and resolve any disputes
• Modify prize details if the featured vehicle becomes unavailable

Enthusiast Exotics is not responsible for:

• Late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries
• Technical malfunctions or network issues
• Any damages or losses related to participation in the Contest

Personal information collected during the Contest will be used:

• To administer the Contest and select winners
• To notify winners and deliver prizes
• For marketing purposes with participant's consent
• As outlined in Enthusiast Exoticss Privacy Policy

Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
